DELIVERY
We offer same day delivery to Abu Dhabi for minimum order amount of 200AED + shipping fee. All orders above 500AED are free of shipping fee.
Next day delivery to Dubai and Sharjah for minimum order amount of 200AED + shipping fee. All orders above 500AED are free of shipping fee.
We also provide next day delivery to Al Ain; however, the minimum order amount should be 1,000AED with shipping fee of 100AED.
Cut off timings of receiving orders for delivery is only until 7PM.
Moreover, for your urgent delivery requirements to Abu Dhabi, we offer Express Delivery services for 100AED charge. We guarantee the delivery of your order within 2 hours from the time you have placed and paid your order with us.
No same day delivery for any orders with cake. Placing of orders for cake is only until 6pm, to be delivered on the next day, 11am onwards.

Please take note that the shipping fee applies to one location ONLY. If your order has more than one delivery locations, additional shipping fee will be charged per location added.
Moreover, if our driver has arrived already on the shipping address you’ve set, then you suddenly change the location, additional 30AED will be charged from you for re-routing; given that the new address is more than 2 kilometers away from the original shipping address. To avoid this incident, kindly communicate to our Customer Service Team for any changes with regards to your delivery details.
Camelia Flowers guarantees the delivery of your order within the day that you have requested. However, we cannot promise exact timings. For orders that has to be received within particular time slot, please contact our Customer Service Team before placing your order for assistance.
