Flower Care

• Flowers should be displayed in a cool place. Keep out of direct sunlight.
• Fill the vase with fresh, clean water.
• Replace the water every few days.
• Clean the vase before adding room-temperature water to it.
• To allow the flower to absorb as much water as possible, cut the stems 3/4"" to one inch from the bottom at an angle.
• Remove dead or damaged flowers or foliage from the vase that fall below the waterline. After that, place them back into the clean vase filled with fresh water and flower food.

Camelia Flowers takes pride on giving you the best quality of flowers at its best price. You can either choose pick up or delivery.

Just grab-and-go your favorite flower bunch at one of our three pick up locations:
• Camelia Flowers Showroom, former Aramex Building, Al Ahjar Street, Muroor Road, Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi - 9AM-9PM
• Select Market Downtown, Al Reef, Abu Dhabi - 9AM-9PM
• Al Kawakeb Warehouse #12, Al Quoz industrial Area 2, Dubai - 8AM-5PM


DELIVERY
• We offer free same day delivery for Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah for orders above 300AED. But for orders less than 300AED but with minimum amount of 150AED, we are charging 30AED shipping fee. We also deliver to Al Ain; however, the minimum order should be 300AED with shipping fee of 100AED.
• Delivery cut off timings vary per location. For Dubai and Abu Dhabi, our delivery cut off timings is until 6PM. And for Sharjah and Al Ain, cut off time is only until 12noon. All orders received beyond the specified timings will be delivered on the next day.
• Moreover, for your urgent delivery requirements to Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah, we also offer Express Delivery services with 100AED charge. We guarantee the delivery within 3 hours from the time you have placed and paid your order with us. This is not applicable to Al Ain deliveries.
• No same day delivery for any orders with cake. Placing of cake orders is only until 6pm, then it will be delivered on the next day, 11am onwards.
• Please take note that the shipping fee applies to one location ONLY. If your order has more than one delivery locations, additional shipping fee will be charged per location added.
• Moreover, if our driver has arrived already on the shipping address you’ve initially provided, then you suddenly change the location, additional 30AED will be charged from you for re-routing; given that this new location is more than 2 kilometers away from the original shipping address. To avoid this incident, kindly communicate to our Customer Service Team for any changes with regards to your delivery details.
• Camelia Flowers guarantees the delivery of your order within the day that you have requested. However, we cannot promise exact timings. For orders that has to be received within particular time slot, please contact our Customer Service Team before placing your order for assistance.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and Refund: Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date and you will be eligible for Refund.
