1. Delivery Zones

 Delivery Slots:

Morning	9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon	12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Late Afternoon	3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Evening	6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

 Delivery Time Policy:

• Customers can schedule orders in advance by selecting a preferred delivery date and available time slot
• Same-day delivery is limited to upcoming time slots that have not yet started

Orders placed after 7:30 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery date

2. Pickup

Pickup is available from Camelia Flowers locations during working hours.

• No minimum order applies for pickup
• Customers will be notified when the order is ready for collection

3. Delivery Availability

Delivery is subject to:

• product availability,
• delivery slot availability,
• accurate recipient details,
• access to the delivery location,
• weather, traffic, and other operational conditions.

4. Delivery Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate delivery details, including:

• recipient name,
• contact number,
• full address,
• unit / villa / building details where applicable,
• and any important delivery instructions.

Camelia Flowers is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete, incorrect, or inaccessible delivery information.

5. Unsuccessful Delivery

A delivery will be considered completed when the order is delivered to:

• the recipient,
• a family member,
• a receptionist,
• a security desk,
• a concierge,
• or another person reasonably authorized to accept it at the delivery location.

If the recipient is unavailable or delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, Camelia Flowers may contact the sender or recipient to arrange the best available solution. Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

6. Changes to Delivery Details

Requests to change the delivery address, delivery date, or recipient details must be made before the order is dispatched. Camelia Flowers will always try to accommodate changes where possible, but cannot guarantee them once preparation or dispatch has started. Additional charges may apply for rerouting or redelivery.

7. Delivery Timing

Camelia Flowers always aims to deliver within the selected service window or delivery date. However, exact minute-by-minute delivery times are not guaranteed. For special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid, Christmas, and other peak periods, delivery times may be broader due to high order volume.

8. Delivery of Perishable Products

Flowers are perishable natural products. Once delivered, their condition may be affected by weather, heat, handling, and care after delivery. Customers and recipients are encouraged to place arrangements in a cool indoor setting and follow any care instructions provided.

9. Custom, Event, and Corporate Orders

Large-volume, corporate, event, wedding, or bespoke orders may be subject to separate delivery arrangements, lead times, and charges. Where separate written terms are agreed, those terms will apply.
