· Minimum amount to check out for delivery is 200AED. Any amount lower will be recommended for shop pickup.
· For Non-Delivery Zone areas (more than 50km radius from the shop), special delivery can be done for big orders. Communicate directly with the Customer Service Team for more details.
· Same day delivery cut off timings for Abu Dhabi is 5:30PM. All orders received beyond that time will be delivered on the next day.
· Same day delivery cut off timings for Dubai is 12NN. All orders received beyond that time will be delivered on the next day.
· Please take note that the shipping fee applies to one location ONLY. If your order has more than one delivery locations, additional shipping fee will be charged per location added.
· Moreover, if our driver has arrived already on the shipping address you’ve initially provided, then suddenly you change the location, additional 30AED will be charged from you for re-routing; given that the new location is more than 2 kilometers away from the original shipping address. To avoid this incident, kindly communicate with our Customer Service Team for any changes with regards to your delivery details.
· Camelia Flowers guarantees the delivery of your order on the same day that you have requested. However, we cannot promise exact timings. We can only provide you the Delivery Timing Slots that suits you best. Place your order 3 hours prior your desired time slot.
· For special delivery requirements to Abu Dhabi and Dubai we also offer Urgent Delivery services with 100AED charge.
